Camunda is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join its AMER region as part of a fully remote, global team. This hybrid role blends strategic relationship building with deep technical expertise, positioning you as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers implementing process orchestration and agentic AI solutions. You will work within a pooled team structure, assigned to diverse customers across your region. Your responsibilities include identifying and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, guiding new customers through product setup and feature adoption, and curating tailored success paths aligned with customer business goals and technical environments. You'll drive adoption and process orchestration maturity by applying Camunda's playbooks and frameworks, while collaborating with Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams on product and support issues. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering roles.
