The team includes original authors of AWS Firecracker and alumni from Cognition, JetBrains, Zapier, and Wish. You will be a Technical Copywriter responsible for translating complex product and engineering concepts into clear, accurate content for developers building AI agents. This is a hands-on execution role working from established priorities and briefs set by marketing leadership, owning the full path from draft to publication. Key responsibilities include: writing comparison, migration, and integration pages that help developers understand E2B's positioning and adoption path; creating technically credible explainers by interviewing engineers, reading documentation and code, and translating complex concepts without relying on secondhand sources; producing customer case studies through interviews, drafting narratives, managing approvals, and publishing; editing specialist freelance work to maintain consistent standards for accuracy, structure, tone, and usefulness; shipping content against defined hypotheses with target metrics and review dates; building reliable technical review processes with Engineering and Marketing; and tracking publishing cadence, accuracy, turnaround time, and throughput. Required qualifications: 2–5 years writing technical content for developers, infrastructure products, developer tools, APIs, or similar technical audiences; portfolio demonstrating clear, accurate writing about complex technical products with experience in comparison pages, migration guides, integrations, documentation, or technical case studies; technical fluency to read code, interview engineers, understand APIs and workflows, and catch errors; strong editorial judgment to turn imperfect briefs into clean, useful pieces; ability to manage multiple pieces at different stages and publish on committed cadence; comfort with feedback and measurement; excellent written communication and attention to detail. Nice-to-have: experience with AI agents, model infrastructure, sandboxes, cloud infrastructure, open-source software, or usage-based SaaS; hands-on experience with developer documentation, APIs, SDKs, CLIs, or code samples; experience managing freelance writers or editing technical work from SMEs; experience with SEO, answer-engine optimization, content experimentation, or conversion-focused technical pages; familiarity with the AI-agent ecosystem including frameworks, model providers, sandboxes, and developer infrastructure; experience producing customer stories from technical interviews and managing external approvals. E2B operates with 4 days on-site, 1 day remote from San Francisco and Prague offices. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k, and in-office perks.
