Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies by automating collections processes historically handled manually. The platform serves finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors, from Fortune 10 companies to scaling midmarket businesses. Backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One, and Microsoft. As a Go-to-Market Engineer, you will drive audience acquisition, lead engagement, and conversion across all channels. This high-ownership role combines commercial instinct, technical aptitude, and creative problem-solving to turn qualified audiences into revenue. Key responsibilities include: Audience Acquisition: Partner with the team to improve existing channels and identify new signal-based opportunities that produce qualified pipeline. By day 30, improve one existing effort and launch one test; by day 90, one should produce qualified meetings and S1 pipeline. Lead Response: Route leads into appropriate follow-up or nurture workflows based on fit, source, intent, and behavior. By day 30, 95% of eligible leads should enter the right workflow within 15 minutes with clear ownership and next actions. Funnel Conversion: Improve conversion metrics across the entire funnel with channel-level visibility. By day 90, improve lead-to-qualified-meeting conversion by 25%, qualified-meeting-to-S1 by 15%, and reach 90% of S1 targets. Workflow Automation: Own the marketing technology stack end-to-end, including campaigns, copy, workflows, and reporting. By day 90, automate five workflows, cut manual processing time by 75%, and improve response time or conversion. You will activate demand through creative audience targeting, orchestrate AI-enabled systems across channels, continuously optimize through experimentation, and automate content and workflows to enable team scaling. Over time, you'll take on broader ownership of Stuut's channels and acquisition mix. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or performance roles. You are a creative builder who translates buyer insights and signals into pipeline, highly technical with modern GTM systems and AI, understand the full buyer journey from discovery to qualified opportunity, and can earn cross-functional buy-in to execute plays.
