Keyfactor is seeking a Director of Global Field & Channel Marketing to lead the company's field marketing strategy and execution across regions. This role owns field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline performance, driving revenue growth through integrated marketing programs aligned with sales and business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Strategy & Revenue Marketing: Define and execute global field marketing strategies aligned to corporate growth objectives and pipeline targets. Own field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution with programs designed to create, progress, and accelerate opportunities across target segments and geographies. Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing to develop account-based marketing programs, territory plans, and regional growth initiatives. Build scalable planning frameworks, playbooks, campaign models, and reporting standards that drive consistent global execution while enabling regional adaptation. Use customer, competitive, and market insights to guide regional strategy and investment decisions. Campaigns, Events & Executive Engagement: Lead integrated regional programs across events, digital, content, partner, and outbound channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth. Set strategy for major conferences, regional events, roadshows, webinars, and customer experiences. Develop and scale high-value programs including advisory boards, executive roundtables, customer councils, and leadership dinners that engage buying committees and accelerate enterprise opportunities. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field and channel marketing professionals. Serve as the senior marketing partner to regional sales leaders with recurring planning, forecasting, and performance reviews. Work closely with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Channel, and Sales leadership to ensure coordinated go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in field marketing, revenue marketing, and team leadership at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company, with a track record of driving pipeline growth and managing cross-functional initiatives.
