Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform transforming how organizations manage agreements. This Technical Adoption Architect role is based in London (hybrid, minimum 2 days/week in office) and sits within the Customer Value team, bridging pre-sales, implementation, and adoption success. You will partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to guide enterprise customers through their entire contracting transformation journey. Key responsibilities include: validating product-solution fit and customer requirements; designing and configuring customers' contracting processes in Ironclad, including workflows, templates, and integrations; owning high-value customer use cases end-to-end; providing expert guidance on AI-driven contracting and responsible AI integration; acting as a trusted strategic advisor to navigate complex organizational stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, executives); leading executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions; and serving as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to the Product team. You'll work cross-functionally with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Forward Deployed Engineering, Legal AI Specialists, Support, and Success teams. The role requires strong consultative discovery skills, the ability to translate technical decisions into customer value and adoption outcomes, and deep expertise in navigating enterprise organizational dynamics and stakeholder alignment. Required qualifications: 4+ years in professional services and/or consulting with software companies; passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions; demonstrated ability to establish meaningful customer relationships and manage expectations; strong consultative discovery and solution design skills; comfort operating in ambiguity; and strong AI consulting instincts with practical AI fluency—understanding what AI can and cannot do in practice and how to advise on responsible AI application within contracting workflows.
