Let's Do This is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive revenue performance, retention, and strategic success for a portfolio of event organizer partners in the US market. This high-impact role combines commercial ownership with technical advisory and AI-first account management.
You will own revenue performance across your portfolio, including growth, retention, and renewals. You'll develop and execute multi-quarter account strategies aligned to partner goals and revenue outcomes, maintaining strong account health and renewal readiness. A key focus is identifying and executing growth opportunities that drive measurable increases in partner performance.
The role emphasizes AI-first account management: you'll use Let's Do This's internal AI tools alongside external tools to scale your impact, generate data-driven insights, and help organizers transition from manual, support-dependent workflows to AI-enabled, self-sufficient operating models. You'll deliver recommendations powered by AI (performance trends, conversion improvements, operational efficiencies) and continuously identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with automation.
As a strategic and technical advisor, you'll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders at event organizers, providing data-driven recommendations to improve event performance, guiding best practices across registration and operations, and helping partners design AI-powered support models. You'll represent Let's Do This at industry events and conferences, building deep expertise in the endurance event ecosystem and external credibility.
You'll drive product adoption and value realization, ensuring partners fully leverage the platform and AI-powered products. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, and Support to shape roadmap priorities and maintain clear visibility on account health.
Expect a minimum of 5 weekends per year traveling to key events to support partners at critical moments and build trust through in-person engagement.
Required: 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or similar roles; proven experience owning revenue, retention, or expansion targets; strong technical fluency (APIs, integrations, data flows); excellent stakeholder management including C-level; comfort operating in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to use technology to scale personal output; and enthusiasm for AI tools and automation. You must be US-based in ET, CT, or MT timezone.
