Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a highly experienced architect supporting a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients (approximately 3 per TAM). This role combines deep technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to manage complex customer relationships and drive technical success. You will collaborate with customers and internal account teams to identify priorities and develop engagement plans. You'll manage project milestones in partnership with Customer Success Managers, serve as the central point for client technical information, and contribute to account strategy. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary technical advisor for client teams across platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, best practices, security, data management, compute resources, ML-Ops, monitoring, and scaling strategies. You will assist clients in integrating Dataiku into their systems, troubleshoot technical challenges, capture client feedback for product teams, and advise tech leaders on complementary technologies and long-term strategy. You'll also explore and support advanced use cases involving edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps. Required qualifications include 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles, native or bilingual English proficiency, strong communication and client relationship skills, experience with both pre- and post-sales engagements, Linux system administration proficiency including networking, identity and access management tools (LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, IAM), hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes ecosystem expertise, and familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems. Desirable qualifications include Python experience, data science knowledge, basic Java knowledge, and familiarity with ML-Ops practices and tools. This is a hybrid role based in London with flexibility for remote work.
