Outtake is an agentic AI platform that detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators and fraud at scale. Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, the company is backed by top-tier investors and focused on becoming the trust layer of the modern internet. You'll lead Outtake's Technical Account Manager team, which owns a large revenue number across enterprise and mid-market accounts with significant expansion potential. This is a hands-on leadership role where most of your time goes to coaching the team on their accounts and careers, not managing your own book. Key responsibilities include: coaching team members on account strategy and professional development; identifying expansion opportunities and owning Net Dollar Retention (NDR); stabilizing at-risk accounts and securing renewals while owning Gross Retention Rate (GRR); building and refining team playbooks and systems as the account base scales; and maintaining a small personal book to stay close to the product and customers. You'll need 5+ years in TAM, account management, or related roles managing large enterprise accounts, plus 2+ years leading account teams with measurable impact on rep performance. You should have a track record of account expansion, strong coaching and feedback skills, and hands-on technical capability—configuring, troubleshooting, and tuning AI agents yourself. You're comfortable going deep on customer setups and have carried a number, so you know how to prioritize when bandwidth is constrained. Bonus points for fluency with AI tooling in your own workflow. The team works in-person from a waterfront office in Brooklyn (5 days/week with flexibility as needed). Outtake offers 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision; flexible PTO; and regular in-person events including annual company retreats.
