Figma is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers in the Singapore region. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, enterprise architecture, and developer workflows, helping organizations successfully adopt, integrate, and scale Figma across complex technical environments.
You will work closely with customer enablement, sales, and product teams to guide customers through sophisticated implementations involving identity systems, APIs, integrations, governance, and extensibility. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading structured technical engagements to assess environments and identify risks, guiding customers through enterprise API usage and system integrations, and partnering with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows including Dev Mode adoption and emerging platform capabilities.
You will deliver technical workshops and training sessions, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, and product teams, and surface technical insights that support renewals and account expansion. The role requires building strong relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors by translating technical concepts into business value.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, enterprise customer success, or related technical advisory roles within SaaS organizations. You should have solid understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, development frameworks, and identity management. Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions within enterprise environments is valued, along with superb communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Figma or other design and developer collaboration tools, understanding of AI guideline authoring for MCP servers or AI agents, background in frontend development or design-to-code workflows, and experience delivering technical workshops or advisory services.
