Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 / annual
Altana is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success with logistics industry clients. You will manage strategic accounts across major logistics service providers (3PLs, cargo, freight operators), serving as the primary day-to-day relationship manager and champion for customer adoption and value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage onboarding and adoption for new users, ensuring they maximize Altana's AI-powered platform capabilities
- Conduct regular strategic check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with logistics customers
- Drive measurable impact through stakeholder alignment and adoption across global operations
- Perform in-depth analysis to optimize customer experience and business outcomes
- Collaborate with product and implementation engineering teams to ensure successful contract delivery and continuous improvement
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to the product team
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, connecting account management to broader commercial and product goals
You bring 5+ years of account management experience specifically with logistics customers (3PLs, cargo, freight). You have a proven track record of expanding accounts year-over-year and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution in fast-moving environments. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration, are open to feedback, and can learn and communicate complex concepts like data fusion and machine learning to both technical and commercial audiences.
The role is currently based in Brooklyn, NY, with a planned office relocation to Midtown Manhattan in Summer 2027. Candidates must be within commuting distance of both current and future office locations.
