UiPath is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to join its Client Success team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them accelerate adoption of UiPath's agentic automation and AI-powered platform. You'll be accountable for technical work streams that drive customer success across the full automation lifecycle—from platform onboarding and architecture guidance to governance, cloud transformation, and operational optimization. You'll partner with customer executives, COE leaders, architects, and platform owners to define and mature enterprise automation strategies aligned to business objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Guiding customers in adopting UiPath's Agentic Automation capabilities, including AI agents, orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, and intelligent automation best practices - Advising on Automation Cloud adoption, hybrid architectures, platform modernization, scalability, governance, and migration strategies - Driving measurable customer outcomes by aligning technical adoption plans with operational KPIs, automation ROI, and business transformation goals - Presenting technical strategy, adoption insights, and platform recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders - Enabling customers on emerging platform capabilities including Agentic Automation, GenAI integrations, AI Center, Test Cloud, Process Intelligence, and Communications Mining - Advising on automation governance, security, resiliency, compliance, and operational best practices - Providing infrastructure planning, installation, upgrade guidance, and troubleshooting support - Conducting design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce best practices - Performing technical health checks and identifying risks and improvement opportunities - Collaborating with Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated incidents - Developing team processes, assets, and methodologies to maintain best-in-class delivery You'll bring a Computer Science degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years' experience in programming (.NET/Java applications using C#, C++, VB, Java, or PowerShell), and SaaS/Cloud experience. You'll have a basic understanding of networking concepts (Load Balancer, DNS) and hands-on experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Kubernetes awareness is a plus. Progressive customer-facing technical experience is essential.
