Salary: USD 115,000 - 120,000 / annual

As a Technical Account Manager I, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing value from the Huntress platform. You'll handle elevated technical support by working with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond standard support scope. You'll monitor support interactions, advocate internally for customers, and respond to escalations proactively.
Key responsibilities include customer success initiatives—ensuring partners and customers effectively utilize Huntress products through post-sales training and quarterly business reviews. You'll identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth through technical engagement. You'll participate in technical sales enablement by leading training sessions at events and developing customer understanding of security posture improvements.
You'll also manage the onboarding phase, establishing positive relationships and accelerating time to value by understanding customer business needs. Acting as a bridge between customers and product management, you'll relay feedback for product improvements and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
The role requires 2+ years in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar work, plus cybersecurity industry experience and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks. You'll need excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences including executives. Preferred qualifications include experience with malware, threat intelligence, sandbox analysis, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming/scripting languages, MSP tools (RMMs, PSAs), and SIEM tools (Elastic, Splunk).
You'll be comfortable traveling 25% of the time for face-to-face customer meetings and presenting to groups.
