Salary: GBP 94,200 - 155,000 / annual
Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the Benelux region to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting the Camunda platform for agentic orchestration and business process automation. You will be the primary technical contact for designated strategic accounts, guiding them through all stages of their adoption journey and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: serving as technical advisor and trusted partner for enterprise customers; creating and executing tailored technical adoption plans; delivering hands-on guidance and best practices to both business and technical stakeholders; proactively identifying and removing execution risks through platform health checks and escalation management; fostering cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, and Engineering teams; and spending time on-site with accounts for key milestones (up to 50% during busy periods).
You will work with a diverse customer base, including public sector accounts requiring security clearance, across the UK and Europe. The role requires at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent in enterprise software. You should have hands-on expertise with high-level programming languages (Java, C#, Python) and understanding of modern solution architectures, DevOps, and Kubernetes. Strong relationship-building skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences, and strategic problem-solving competencies are essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or RPA; relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA); and familiarity with Camunda products.
