UiPath is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success with the UiPath Platform, combining deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. You will take ownership of enterprise customers' technical success, being accountable for technical workstreams that deliver exceptional business value.
Key responsibilities include: proactively engaging with customers to provide embedded technical advisory and mature their automation programs; guiding UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting; enabling customer technical stakeholders on platform best practices tailored to their unique needs; conducting design and code reviews for automations to reinforce best practices; performing technical health checks to identify risks and improvement opportunities; collaborating with Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated incidents; championing AI-powered automation solutions including intelligent document processing and agentic AI; and architecting end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
Required qualifications: hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for automation development; proven expertise in UiPath Document Understanding for intelligent document processing; experience with .NET/Java programming and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP); proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles; expertise in software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English fluency.
Highly valued: experience with AI/agentic frameworks (ChatGPT, Claude, LangGraph, CrewAI); familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and MCP; experience with Intelligent Document Processing, BPMN, and process mining tools; background implementing AI-powered automation in enterprise environments; UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect) or cloud platform certifications.
