Outtake is an AI-driven trust and security platform that detects, monitors, and removes impersonators and fraud at scale. As Technical Account Manager, you will own enterprise and mid-market accounts from deal closure through adoption and expansion. You are the technical partner customers trust, responsible for identifying growth opportunities and driving expansion across new use cases, teams, and platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Driving expansion within your book by identifying and pursuing new use cases and platform adoption - Managing retention and renewals by identifying and mitigating risk early - Hands-on deployment and configuration: standing up customer environments, prompt engineering, and tuning AI agents - Serving as the primary technical point of contact, guiding customers through the platform and helping them achieve measurable outcomes - Feeding field insights back to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities You bring 4+ years of revenue-generating experience with a proven track record of owning and growing a book of business. You genuinely enjoy working with customers, earning their trust, and solving their problems. You have technical depth—comfortable deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting—and are excited about building playbooks from scratch in an early-stage environment rather than inheriting established processes. Startup experience is a bonus. The role is based in Brooklyn with a 5-day in-office expectation.
