Maisa AI is an enterprise agentic process automation platform that combines AI-driven problem solving with programmatic execution to help organizations automate complex, decision-heavy processes at scale. As a Technical Account Manager, you will drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers implementing the platform. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from leading discovery processes through initial technical implementation to broad organizational adoption. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple departments, coordinating implementation streams, managing project plans and milestones, and establishing KPIs and success metrics for each deployment phase. You'll establish yourself as the primary point of contact for technical and operational issues during implementation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between customer teams and Maisa resources. You will develop scalable training programs and materials to drive customer self-sufficiency, build use case repositories to track progress, and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required qualifications include strong demonstrable experience managing enterprise technology implementations, proven expertise in customer onboarding and change management at scale, and solid technical knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs). You should have experience leading discovery processes and process mapping, excellent communication and documentation skills, and business proficiency in Spanish and English. Desired experience includes hands-on work with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis), relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), and background in process optimization or digital transformation. The role requires up to 25% travel to customer sites and Maisa offices. This is a hybrid position based in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, or Valencia region) with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology reshaping enterprise automation.
