Key responsibilities include owning the technical success of a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers; guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, integrations, and production deployments; becoming a trusted advisor to engineering leaders and security teams; troubleshooting complex technical issues across cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and application security tooling; partnering with Solutions Engineering on customer handoffs and expansion; collaborating with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions; developing best practices and technical documentation; monitoring customer health and identifying adoption opportunities; leading technical reviews and executive business reviews; and helping build the systems, playbooks, and processes to scale the TAM function.
