As a Technical Account Consultant focused on Talent, you will serve as the "reporting and data master" for Rippling's customers. You will be responsible for building and understanding all data sets within reports, consulting deeply on HR processes, and providing insights on best practices for data management and employee lifecycle optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute customer engagement projects and help customers optimize their use of Rippling's platform.
• Drive Adoption: Drive customer adoption of key features, particularly around talent management and reporting capabilities. Consult with customers on best practices to incorporate Rippling into their HR workflows.
• White-Glove Service: Ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement. Build trusted relationships with customer administrators and HR teams.
• Data Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis. Advocate thoughtfully for customers' data needs and help them leverage Rippling's reporting capabilities to drive business decisions.
This role combines technical depth in data and reporting with customer-facing consulting and relationship management. You'll work with a variety of customer types and sizes, helping them maximize value from their Rippling investment.
