As a Technical Account Consultant focused on Platform & Data, you will serve as the "reporting and data master" for Rippling's customers. Your core responsibilities include:
**Project Management:** Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute customer engagement projects and help optimize their use of Rippling's platform.
**Drive Adoption:** Guide customers in adopting key features and best practices, integrating Rippling into their existing workflows and processes.
**Data Expertise:** Build and interpret complex datasets within reports, provide consulting on data management processes, and develop pivot tables and advanced spreadsheet analyses. You'll be proficient in extracting insights from customer data and translating technical information into actionable recommendations.
**Customer Relationships:** Build trusted partnerships with customer administrators and stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on data governance and reporting optimization.
**Best Practices Advocacy:** Recommend and implement data management best practices tailored to each customer's unique needs and organizational structure.
You'll work with a diverse customer base, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-touch relationships. The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort with complex data structures, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Success in this position means customers achieve measurable value from Rippling's platform and expand their usage over time.
