As a Technical Account Consultant, you will be the specialist for Australian payroll compliance for Rippling's customer base. Your primary focus is Modern Awards, Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation, and long service leave configuration and maintenance within the Rippling platform.
You will serve as the definitive internal and external resource on how Australian payroll compliance requirements are configured in Rippling. This includes interpreting Modern Awards, layering enterprise agreements on top of awards, and connecting these to STP reporting, superannuation, and long service leave obligations. While payroll is your core focus, you will also support Australian Technical Account Managers and Account Managers with general customer cases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting payroll and compliance configuration audits for live customers, reviewing Modern Award setup, STP mapping, superannuation, and long service leave configuration to identify errors, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps, and delivering clear remediation recommendations
- Providing Modern Awards enablement and guidance to customers and internal teams
- Serving as the technical authority on Australian payroll compliance within Rippling
- Supporting the broader Australian customer success team with technical expertise
