BloomReach is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory activities across the EMEA region. The role is critical in ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, supporting business deal structuring, and mitigating tax risks while enabling growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee tax compliance for Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Tax (WHT) across EMEA
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Sales team, ensuring compliant and efficient deal structures in Europe and beyond
- Identify potential areas of non-compliance and implement risk mitigation measures
- Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with local and international requirements
- Ensure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model, updating markups and methodologies as needed
- Represent the company in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters within the organization
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments, proactive in addressing risk, and confident in representing the company with external authorities.
