As a Talent Specialist reporting to the Talent Lead, you'll own full-cycle recruitment across Halter's General & Admin functions, including Finance, Legal, People, Talent, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, and Executive Operations. This is a hands-on role managing a diverse portfolio of hiring needs—from specialist positions to leadership roles—across a fast-growing, global organization. Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offers - Developing tailored sourcing strategies for varied roles and levels - Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines proactively - Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational context - Providing data-informed guidance to support confident hiring decisions - Delivering exceptional candidate experience that reflects Halter's culture and values - Maintaining ATS systems and recruitment workflows - Tracking and analyzing key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, candidate feedback) - Supporting broader talent initiatives including internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding - Identifying process improvements as the company scales You'll thrive in this role if you have proven talent acquisition experience in high-growth or technology environments, a track record of delivering quality hires across varied functions and regions, strong sourcing expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable managing a complex portfolio without compromising quality, have deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and global talent channels, and possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
