Payward, the parent company of Kraken and other fintech platforms, is seeking an exceptional Talent Sourcer to join its Global Sourcing team. This is a fully remote, high-agency role focused on building world-class talent pipelines for one of the most innovative companies in open finance.
You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies across Payward's portfolio (Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, and others). Your responsibilities include gathering and communicating competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists, and sharing industry trends. You'll independently develop and maintain candidate flow across various disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
Key aspects of this role:
- Source candidates through diverse channels: social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches
- Translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies with strong expertise in boolean and X-ray sourcing
- Collaborate with the broader sourcing team to leverage best practices and research techniques
- Serve as an ambassador for Kraken/Payward, sharing company values and driving brand awareness
- Participate in research projects that improve hiring infrastructure
You bring an exceptional track record sourcing talent for fast-growing, high-bar technology and product businesses. Crypto or fintech experience is highly valued. You demonstrate high craft in translating hiring needs into strategies, possess a high motor and scrappiness, and thrive in ambiguity. You have strong product sense, sound appreciation for talent acquisition fundamentals, and the ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge. You operate with high agency, bias for action, and confidence to influence stakeholders and close exceptional talent. You're comfortable in async, remote-native environments and move with urgency.
