Base Power Company is rebuilding America's electricity grid through distributed battery networks. As a Talent Partner focused on G&A (General & Administrative) functions, you will own full-cycle recruiting for specialized corporate teams including Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and other critical functions.
You will run end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing through offer close, partnering directly with functional leaders to understand nuanced talent needs and build effective interview processes. Your responsibilities include building specialized talent pipelines for roles like attorneys, technical accountants, finance leaders, and people partners; developing deep understanding of what separates exceptional talent in each domain; and advising business leaders on hiring decisions using market insights and compensation data.
You'll manage multiple concurrent searches across different functions and seniority levels while maintaining candidate experience and hiring quality. The role requires tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, stage conversion, and other recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in G&A or corporate functions; demonstrated ability recruiting specialized talent across Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, or similar areas; comfort hiring from individual contributors through senior leaders; proven sourcing ability for passive candidates; strong business acumen to quickly learn functions and assess candidates holistically; credibility with senior stakeholders to act as a true recruiting partner; data-driven approach to recruiting; comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch; and sound judgment to move fast without compromising quality.
