Salary: PHP 80,000 - 80,000 / monthly
Donna is building a new category in virtual talent solutions, providing premium specialized executive assistants and talent to ambitious business leaders across North America. As a Talent Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of Donna's talent development and retention strategy, managing and coaching a diverse team of 8-12 virtual professionals including executive assistants, customer service representatives, and administrators.
You'll balance supportive mentorship with performance accountability, helping your team excel in client relationships while building fulfilling careers at Donna. Your responsibilities include conducting regular coaching via Slack and video calls, managing team capacity and scheduling, serving as the primary HR liaison for policy questions and workplace concerns, and providing strategic input on company policies, compensation, and hiring/training processes based on frontline insights.
You'll identify and develop high-potential talent for advancement, communicate company standards and cultural expectations, and be instrumental in building the company culture that makes Donna an exceptional place for talent to grow. This is an internal role at Donna, not a client-facing position.
Required: 3+ years of direct people management experience (not just project leadership), experience managing remote or distributed teams, proven track record of developing and retaining team members, strong English communication skills, based in the Philippines, and available to work US Eastern Time business hours. Nice-to-haves include experience with American clients, background in customer service or virtual assistant industries, HR liaison experience, coaching methodologies knowledge, and experience developing company policies.
