Salary: USD 70 - 120 / hourly

Daybreak Health is seeking a fully licensed LPC with active Georgia LPC Supervisor credential to oversee associate-level clinicians (LAPCs) providing teletherapy services to students across Georgia. This is a remote clinical supervision role focused on ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective mental health care while mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Key responsibilities include conducting regular individual and group supervision sessions per Georgia Board requirements; reviewing and signing off on associate clinicians' clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments; guiding case conceptualization and supporting sound clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases; tracking and documenting supervision hours in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements; providing real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations; collaborating with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care; leading case consultations and training sessions to strengthen supervisees' clinical skills; providing ongoing feedback on associates' performance and licensure readiness; and contributing to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum.
