Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is a global travel and spend management platform trusted by 12,000+ companies. The company automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related workflows to eliminate shadow work and boost productivity. With 1,800+ employees across 12 offices and recent acquisitions driving rapid expansion, Perk is scaling aggressively in the US and Europe. As a People Partner for the EU region, you'll be a strategic HR business partner supporting senior leaders and their teams through a period of significant growth and organizational integration. You'll translate company priorities into actionable people strategies, working closely with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth. Key responsibilities include: advising on organizational design, team structures, and leadership capability; coaching senior leaders on people topics (performance management, development, team dynamics, change); implementing core people processes (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent planning) with consistency and quality; embedding high-performance culture through multiple touchpoints; using people data and engagement insights to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements; co-delivering change management initiatives; and identifying capability gaps to address through learning and development. You'll thrive in ambiguity, bringing clarity and commerciality to people decisions while maintaining care for employee experience. Success means leaders feel equipped and confident, core processes run smoothly, people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) improve, and change initiatives land well with teams. The role requires experience as a People Partner in fast-moving tech companies, ideally supporting revenue functions. You'll need strong organizational design and leadership development expertise, a coaching mindset, excellent communication skills, and comfort working across regions and time zones. A track record of influencing senior leaders and enabling managers is essential.
