Veeam is seeking a Talent Growth & Inclusion Program Manager to build and operationalize career architecture and performance management programs at scale. This is a builder role focused on creating structure and clarity in how the organization defines, communicates, and enables career growth. You will work alongside the Senior Manager, Talent Growth & Inclusion to design and maintain career paths across 150+ career tracks, establishing critical skills, behavioral expectations, and progression criteria at each level. You'll operate with significant autonomy, making independent decisions within an established framework and escalating only what genuinely requires escalation. Key responsibilities include: **Career Architecture**: Design and maintain career paths across all 150 career tracks with clear progression criteria. Build relationships with subject matter experts across functions and establish governance rhythms to keep career content current. Partner across People & Culture functions (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Mobility, Workforce Planning, Rewards) to ensure career architecture feeds into all talent systems. Drive operational buildout of internal mobility including process documentation and continuous improvement. Advise stakeholders on how career design decisions affect equitable outcomes across populations, functions, and regions. **Performance Cycle Program Management**: Project manage Veeam's twice-annual performance review cycles end-to-end, including timelines, dependencies, readiness gates, and escalation paths. Coordinate diverse collaborators (HRBPs, Rewards, HRIS, Communications, regional leads) around a unified plan. Refine and launch cycle communications and manager enablement, iterating based on completion data, quality signals, and feedback. **Change Strategy & Technology Enablement**: Design communications, resources, and enablement that shift how team members and managers think about career and performance tools. Support Workday configuration for career and performance modules, partnering with HRIS/IT on design, configuration, testing, and adoption. Translate program data into insights and recommendations, surfacing trends and proposing improvements. **Requirements**: - Experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development, including ownership of a recurring cyclical program - Proven ability to run complex, interdependent workstreams independently and deliver in ambiguity with minimal supervision - Hands-on Workday experience; configuration or testing exposure in Talent or Performance modules strongly preferred - Strong communicator who creates clarity in complex discussions and influences without authority across functions, levels, and regions - Track record of driving outcomes through partnership and coalition-building - Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting program data and using AI tools to sharpen analysis - Growth mindset and genuine curiosity about emerging technology - Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with junior colleagues
