Superhuman (formerly Grammarly, now part of the broader Superhuman platform) is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the full technical recruiting funnel in Berlin. You'll drive outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding, strategically designing and optimizing each stage of recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex technical roles
- Build and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Architect and continuously improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to reduce funnel drop-off
- Analyze recruiting funnel data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
- Evaluate and elevate candidate experience at every stage for consistency with company values
- Strategically develop and amplify employment branding initiatives
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey
- Champion cross-team alignment and ensure seamless communication from sourcing through onboarding

Requirements:
