Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy intelligent systems at scale.
As Talent Brand Project Manager, you will partner with the Talent Brand Strategy & Storytelling Lead to execute Atoms' talent brand strategy across recruiting, candidate experience, employee enablement, events, and campaigns. You will own the operating system for talent brand execution, managing project plans, timelines, workflows, stakeholder coordination, approvals, launch plans, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and manage the recruiting and employee enablement hub, providing recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and employees with talk tracks, collateral, FAQs, pitch materials, and company narratives.
• Manage the production workflow and operating calendar for engineering blogs, social content (Reddit, LinkedIn, X), email campaigns, collateral, video content, and other talent-facing assets.
• Coordinate sourcing and interview-stage candidate communications to ensure consistent, on-brand, tailored messaging throughout the candidate journey.
• Support targeted talent campaigns, engineering networks, smart advertising, external speaking engagements, conference activations, and community-building initiatives.
• Develop and execute early-in-career strategy by converting university, internship, new grad, and emerging talent priorities into repeatable programs, event workflows, content plans, and measurable execution.
• Plan and run enablement sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and employees to confidently represent Atoms in the talent market.
• Own the operational design of candidate touchpoints across the interview lifecycle, including closing moments, curated follow-ups, onsite experiences, internal events, and high-touch candidate experiences.
• Track execution, adoption, and impact across talent brand programs, identifying what works, where candidates engage, and where experience needs improvement.
You bring 3–5+ years of program/project management experience, ideally spanning People, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing. You have proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing stakeholders and deadlines, event management experience coordinating small to large-scale activations, and working knowledge of the recruiting funnel and employer brand impact. You're comfortable partnering with creative and content teams, adding structure to open-ended work without slowing it down. Strong cross-functional coordination skills, excellent written communication, proficiency with project tracking tools, and a bias toward action with comfort in ambiguity are essential.
