Bitwarden, a trusted identity security leader serving millions of users globally, is establishing an India Engineering Center of Excellence (COE) in Noida. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is foundational to building and scaling a high-performing engineering organization that operates seamlessly with global teams.
You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role kick-off through candidate onboarding, managing end-to-end hiring across multiple engineering functions. You'll partner closely with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your scope includes recruiting across Product Engineering and Technology functions: Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML, and Product roles.
Key responsibilities include independently managing both high-volume hiring and niche/specialized technical searches, building strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search), conducting recruiter screenings to evaluate technical alignment and cultural fit, and driving candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process. You'll manage recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and hiring quality, while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
You bring 5–8 years of IT Talent Acquisition experience, with proven success recruiting for Product Engineering companies, technology startups, SaaS organizations, or Engineering GCCs/COEs. You have strong experience hiring across software engineering and technology roles, demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions at varying seniority levels, and hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms and talent intelligence tools. Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate engagement capabilities are essential. You're passionate about building world-class engineering teams, operate with high urgency and execution excellence, and thrive in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
The role is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days per week in the Noida office. This is an opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping Bitwarden's India Engineering COE from the ground up, working alongside talented global teams on meaningful engineering challenges.
