The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on scaling Artera's non-technical teams during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the SVP of People, you will own approximately 80% full-cycle recruiting for non-technical functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A roles. The remaining 20% involves recruiting operations—managing systems, coordination, data hygiene, and process optimization to keep the team efficient and effective.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing offer processes, and partnering directly with hiring managers across the business to understand talent needs. You'll also identify opportunities to automate and optimize recruiting workflows using AI and modern recruiting tools, ensuring the team remains fast and human-centric as the company scales.
The ideal candidate is a force multiplier who doesn't just execute existing processes but actively seeks ways to improve them. You should be comfortable with recruiting operations, data management, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
