Tennr is a healthcare technology company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment workflows that currently overwhelm healthcare providers. The company uses proprietary models to handle the tedious paperwork that delays patient care and provider payments.
You will serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner embedded with Tennr's revenue organization, running full-cycle recruiting for high-visibility GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development/Partnerships. This is a strategic recruiting role that goes beyond traditional sourcing and closing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all GTM functions, from strategy through offer
- Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify quality signals
- Source proactively across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS sectors—going well beyond inbound
- Design and manage candidate pipelines with focus on efficiency, transparency, and white-glove candidate experience
- Leverage AI tools to improve recruiting operations (sourcing, outreach, feedback collection, pipeline reporting)
- Advise hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and data; build scorecards and debrief practices to maintain quality
- Represent Tennr externally; every candidate interaction reflects the company's brand and values
You'll work 4 days per week from the Hudson Square office in Manhattan. The role emphasizes high ownership, data-driven decision-making, and building scalable processes. You'll collaborate with a high-caliber team focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1–2+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong track record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership skills with hiring leaders; influence through clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling role narratives and deliver high-touch candidate/stakeholder experience
- Experience with Ashby (recruiting platform) preferred
