Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Asia Pacific with primary focus on China. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Shanghai supporting one of the company's fastest-growing regions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business functions and regions. Key responsibilities include: • Business Alignment: Understand regional goals, organizational structure, and talent needs; provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to inform talent planning. • Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events to build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline. Develop headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills as a priority. • Candidate Management: Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess cultural and skill fit, manage the interview process with hiring managers, and handle offer negotiation and background checks. • Process Excellence: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity), analyze trends, and continuously improve processes. Use Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn analytics to streamline workflows. • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and department leaders, providing weekly updates, strategic insights, and guidance through the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR teams on compensation, L&D, and organizational strategy alignment. • Employer Branding: Represent the firm positively in the talent marketplace, promote company culture and values, and build relationships with universities, industry groups, and external talent communities. • Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure recruitment practices attract diverse talent and support an inclusive work environment. Required qualifications: At least 5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience, in-house recruitment background, experience working with multiple business stakeholders across different jurisdictions, strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, time management and prioritization abilities, attention to detail in fast-paced environments, experience standardizing and implementing talent acquisition processes, and ability to work autonomously.
