As Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA GTM, you will own end-to-end recruitment for the Go-To-Market function across the EMEA region. This is a commercial operator role, not a support function—you are directly accountable for the quality and velocity of talent driving Legora's revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA GTM, partnering closely with senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, staying ahead of demand rather than reacting to it
- Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining high talent standards
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer, serving as a trusted ambassador for Legora
- Work closely with senior leaders from day one to shape how Legora hires and scales during this critical growth phase
You will be instrumental in building the talent acquisition processes, standards, and hiring approach that support Legora's next phase of growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition within a high-growth environment (startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company) with meaningful depth hiring GTM talent
- Proven track record hiring high-performing GTM talent across the seniority levels critical at this growth stage
- Ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace
- Genuine commercial acumen: understanding of OTE structures, quota attainment, revenue trajectory impact, and ability to advise hiring managers and close exceptional candidates using this fluency
