We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team across offices in New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv. This role is central to our expansion and requires a combination of intelligence, creativity, agility, and strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and attracting top talent across multiple locations and functions
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Developing recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Collaborating with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
