Spiko is a fintech infrastructure company founded in 2023 that provides institutional-grade cash management and treasury solutions to businesses, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs across Europe. Backed by Index Ventures and advisors including the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise, Spiko processes hundreds of millions of euros in flows monthly and is scaling rapidly across European markets.
As Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will own hiring across the entire business as the company scales. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic headhunting with process ownership. You'll act as a true talent partner, not just a recruiter, proactively sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines ahead of need.
Key responsibilities include: proactive sourcing and headhunting across all functions (engineering, product, and beyond); owning the full-cycle recruitment process from job calibration through offer; designing structured, fast-moving interview processes; partnering closely with hiring managers and founders as a trusted advisor; tracking pipeline health and sourcing metrics; and continuously improving TA processes and tools.
You'll need 4+ years of genuine talent acquisition experience with proven headhunting skills (direct sourcing, market mapping, cold outreach—not just inbound or agency-fed recruitment). Startup hiring experience is essential. You must be comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous early-stage environments, excel at stakeholder management, and bring a data-informed approach to recruitment. Strong English is required; French is a plus. Experience in high-growth startups, fintech hiring, or building TA processes from scratch is valued.
Spiko offers hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote per week plus one full remote week monthly), offices in central Paris and London, 100% health insurance coverage, monthly perks budget, 50% public transport subsidy, referral bonuses, and regular team social events and offsites.
