As Talent Acquisition Lead for the EMEA region, you will lead Mistral's recruiting strategy and team while maintaining hands-on involvement in hiring for critical positions. You'll report to the People team and work cross-functionally with tech and business leaders to build a diverse, high-performing workforce aligned with the company's mission.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing EMEA hiring strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing recruiting team
- Sourcing and closing top-tier talent for key technical and business roles
- Elevating candidate experience to reflect Mistral's culture and values
- Developing recruiting best practices for consistency and scalability
- Using data analytics to identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Championing Mistral's employer brand externally
- Innovating recruiting tools, workflows, and strategies
You'll need 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience in competitive markets, proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams, exceptional communication skills, and operational excellence. Strategic agility, influence without direct authority, and adaptability in fast-moving environments are essential. Global perspective with fluency in English and international recruiting experience required. Familiarity with ATS tools like Ashby, Modernloop, or LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
