Tennr is a healthtech company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment workflows that currently overwhelm healthcare providers, enabling patients to access care faster and providers to get paid reliably. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll own the operational backbone of Tennr's recruiting function. This role bridges day-to-day execution with systems thinking: you'll manage interview logistics at scale while building the processes, automations, and data infrastructure that let recruiting scale without breaking. Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end interview logistics across teams, time zones, and formats (phone, video, onsite); owning candidate communication with clarity and warmth; staying ahead of scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes; building relationships with hiring managers and interviewers; maintaining Ashby ATS data quality, pipeline accuracy, and automations; tracking recruiting metrics (time-in-stage, pass-through rates, scheduling SLAs) and identifying bottlenecks; creating templates and playbooks to make hiring repeatable; and automating coordination work itself through self-scheduling, availability workflows, and AI tools. You should have experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or operationally demanding roles. You're exceptional at organization and detail, communicate clearly, and are comfortable configuring and improving systems beyond basic use (Ashby experience a plus). You have a data instinct—you notice patterns, pull numbers, and bring evidence to decisions. You own problems without being asked and thrive with ambiguity. The ideal candidate would rather spend an hour automating a task than repeat it ten times, finds broken processes interesting, is energized by supporting sharp people doing hard things, and wants to build a career in talent by learning how a recruiting function scales from the ground up. You're kind, low-ego, and reliable under pressure. Tennr values impact ("Cowboy" culture—you set the pace and get things done), operational expertise, and innovation with purpose. You'll work 4 days/week in the Hudson Square office at 345 Hudson Street, with unlimited PTO, 100% paid employee health benefits, employer-funded 401(k) match, competitive parental leave, and free lunch plus pantry snacks.
