Langdock is a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps organizations adopt and deploy leading AI models across their entire business. The company serves over 10,000 customers ranging from fast-growing startups to major European enterprises, offering capabilities from chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and APIs.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for finding and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. This is not a transactional role—you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, research talent markets, identify promising candidates, and help them make informed decisions about joining Langdock.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding roles deeply before sourcing: learning what teams are building, what success looks like, and translating that into clear candidate profiles
- Proactive talent research and outreach: identifying candidates through market research, writing thoughtful outreach, and building relationships for both current and future roles
- End-to-end search management: partnering with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations on strategy, sourcing, candidate conversations, and process coordination
- Improving hiring quality: helping define assessment criteria, preparing interviewers, and keeping evaluations grounded in evidence
- Building AI-native workflows: using AI tools to enhance research, sourcing, preparation, and coordination; identifying and automating repetitive work
You will work from Langdock's Berlin office (Greifswalder Strasse 212), where the entire team works in person to solve complex problems collaboratively. The environment is described as calm but intense—no panic, but everyone working hard on meaningful work. The company provides lunch and dinner in the office and emphasizes health and wellness as part of how the team works well together.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Genuine enjoyment of finding and understanding people; curiosity about what makes someone excellent at their work
- High hiring bar: you care about making the right hire, not just closing roles quickly, and are willing to learn from unsuccessful searches
- Curiosity about how businesses and teams work; desire to understand why roles matter and how the right person makes a difference
- Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly; capacity to understand what distinguishes great engineers, salespeople, operators, etc.
- Ownership mindset: you bring structure, follow through, raise questions early, and are comfortable forming and refining points of view
- Interest in AI and building better workflows; you either experiment with AI or are eager to deepen your skills
- Background may include recruiting, sourcing, operations, founder's office, or other hands-on roles. Years of TA experience are not required; judgment, initiative, and commitment to excellence matter most.
