Thatch is a fully distributed early-stage healthtech company transforming how America approaches healthcare through technology. This Talent Acquisition Associate role is central to building and scaling the team.
You'll own the candidate experience from initial application through interview completion, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers. Your responsibilities include coordinating and managing the interview process, maintaining accurate recruiting data in systems like Greenhouse, and ensuring candidates feel supported throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring they feel supported at every stage
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and interviewers aligned
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and proactive outreach
- Review and disposition inbound applicants to move qualified candidates quickly through the pipeline
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruiting data across hiring systems
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience as the company scales
You'll need 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role. Ideal candidates are exceptionally organized, manage multiple priorities effectively, and communicate clearly with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You should be comfortable with proactive outreach, identifying promising talent, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Experience with recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) and exposure to high-growth environments is a plus.
