Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Systems Integration and Test Engineering Lead to join the Electronic Warfare (EW) team. This role combines individual technical contributions with team leadership, supporting Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) systems across the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment. You will lead a systems engineering and integration test team responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, scheduling, and implementing testing from project inception through system transition. Key responsibilities include designing and executing System in Lab (SIL) environments, conducting flight tests and analyzing flight test data, verifying and validating system and subsystem requirements, and managing platform integration with EMI/EMC testing. Required experience includes leading a Systems Integration and Test team, testing RADAR-based ESM/ECM systems, creating I&T plans and procedures, SIL design and automation, flight test execution and analysis, firmware/software integration on prototype and production hardware, platform integration, co-site analysis, and EMI/EMC testing. You must possess an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance and demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Travel for test planning and execution is required. Preferred qualifications include Model Based Systems Engineering experience (Cameo or similar tools), project management and Agile methodology expertise, radar threat analysis or EW technique development background, and system-level cascade and mission modeling experience.
