New Relic is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Go-To-Market for EMEA to lead the company's sales strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role offers a unique opportunity to redefine the strategic and enterprise sales landscape in one of the company's most vibrant regions. You will be responsible for leading all facets of the sales organization across EMEA, driving substantial revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships with top-tier customers, and cultivating a culture of excellence and empowerment. Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing an EMEA sales strategy aligned with New Relic's brand and revenue objectives, establishing executive relationships with strategic accounts (CIO, CTO, and other C-suite leaders), and consistently exceeding regional sales goals quarter over quarter. You will develop and execute cross-functional strategies to optimize revenue, consumption, and adoption, while recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing leadership team. The role requires coaching VP leaders and front-line managers to enhance executive engagement and sales capabilities, implementing consistent sales methodologies (MEDDPPIC and CoM), and driving forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience as a sales leader in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, cloud, or observability industries, with substantial experience leading multi-country teams in EMEA. You should have a proven track record of scaling complex sales organizations, driving organizational transformation, and consistently meeting high-growth revenue targets. Strong understanding of localized compliance, buying cultures, and language dependencies across regions is essential. You will partner closely with Customer Advocacy Leaders to ensure seamless pre-to-post-sales execution and consumption expansion. Required qualifications include exceptional communication skills, proficiency in sales forecasting, high integrity and accountability, strong business acumen, and executive presence. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) is required. Direct observability industry experience and an MBA are bonuses.
