Midi Health is a rapidly growing virtual care clinic specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health for women. The company onboards approximately 1,000 new patients daily and conducts 30,000 virtual visits per week, partnering with leading health plans, employers, and health systems. As SVP of Commercial Sales, you will lead the entire commercial revenue engine reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Your scope includes Health Plan Sales, Health Plan Alliances, Employer Sales, Client Success, and Sales Operations. You will own the payer and employer go-to-market strategy, set commercial targets and priorities, and build a high-performing organization across multiple revenue motions. Key responsibilities include: leading and scaling the commercial sales organization by hiring and coaching leaders across all five functions; setting payer and employer GTM strategy, targets, and growth sequencing; building the alliance and channel engine with consultants, brokers, and strategic partners; driving retention, expansion, and net revenue retention with strategic accounts; establishing commercial operating rigor through forecasting, pipeline management, and accountability systems; and serving as a senior commercial leader translating performance and opportunities to the CCO, executive team, and board. You bring 12+ years of progressive experience in payer and/or employer benefits sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership, ideally in high-growth healthcare or digital health. You have built and scaled revenue organizations spanning multiple motions and have led leaders. You own meaningful commercial metrics—revenue, covered lives, quota, or net retention—at scale. You have deep experience selling into and partnering with health plans and large employers, navigating complex enterprise cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Blues plan experience is strongly preferred. You've helped build GTM organizations from 0→1 and 1→100, combining strategic range with operating discipline. You build trust with C-level stakeholders and thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments. You're passionate about improving healthcare for women.
