StubHub is seeking a Supply Manager for Mexico to build and scale high-quality ticket supply in underpenetrated markets. This remote role reports to the International Supply Operations Manager and focuses on identifying supply gaps, sourcing and onboarding new ticket sellers, and growing strategic supplier relationships across sports, concerts, theatre, and other live events.
Key responsibilities include mapping the region's supply landscape to identify inventory gaps by event category and seller type; acquiring new ticket suppliers through networking and relationship development; owning regional supply KPIs including inventory depth, sell-through, revenue contribution, and supplier concentration; using data to identify gaps and launch targeted initiatives to improve supply quality and coverage; managing the full commercial lifecycle from pipeline creation through deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing revenue growth; operating with high autonomy to make prioritization and investment decisions based on ROI; negotiating mutually beneficial economic terms; and serving as the key point of contact for the region's largest suppliers.
The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous self-starter with strong commercial instincts, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch. Required qualifications include experience in account management, leading end-to-end sales cycles, relationship-driven but data-informed decision-making, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Medium Excel proficiency is expected; SQL/Snowflake knowledge is a plus. A passion for live events is valued. The role offers high visibility, autonomy to shape ticket distribution in a priority region, and the opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, music, and technology.
