Bartesian is a premium cocktail system company transforming home cocktail consumption through direct-to-consumer and retail channels. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will build and lead the foundation of the supply chain function, overseeing end-to-end activities from procurement through last-mile delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels and replenishment cycles
- Production scheduling and coordination with manufacturing partners
- Managing supplier and third-party logistics provider relationships
- Logistics coordination and transportation management
- Resolving operational bottlenecks and issues in real time
- Identifying process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
- Maintaining quality standards and service level agreements
- Using data and analytics to inform operational decisions and support strategic initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
The role is positioned within a fast-paced, growth-stage consumer goods company entering a significant retail expansion phase. You will work directly with an entrepreneurial leadership team and have meaningful impact on scaling operations to support both direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, consumer goods, or manufacturing
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, production scheduling, and inventory control
- Strong logistics coordination and transportation management skills
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers or fulfillment partners
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and NetSuite (or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience thriving in fast-paced growth environments with focus on customer service and operational efficiency
