MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform used by over 13,000 customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo to manage 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million work orders. The company is integrating with Autodesk's broader strategy to converge design, make, and operate into one continuous lifecycle.
You will own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team within Marketing, managing the complete workflow from intake through delivery. Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning intake processes in Asana by reviewing new requests with Marketing stakeholders, ensuring complete creative briefs, and prioritizing work to minimize designer interruptions
- Building and maintaining processes that move work smoothly from request to delivery, continuously adapting and optimizing based on team feedback
- Partnering with Marketing Program Management on large annual initiatives, setting start dates and deliverable milestones with clear reasoning
- Tracking team capacity against demand and raising trade-offs early so deadlines become deliberate decisions rather than surprises
- Maintaining organized project files and deliverables for quick retrieval
- Building reporting that demonstrates team output and impact in both qualitative and quantitative terms
You will report to the Director of Marketing Creative and work alongside a team of designers and motion designers. This is an early-stage role where you'll shape how the team operates and have real autonomy to redesign processes.
The role offers exposure to work that impacts the physical world—the brand you help ship supports software keeping factories, fleets, hospitals, and campuses running. You'll join a profitable public company with Autodesk's resources while maintaining the mission-driven focus of the original MaintainX team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design, or marketing team
- Demonstrated ownership of intake processes and ability to establish and enforce brief standards
- Fluency in work management tools (Asana required)
- Experience planning across multiple teams, setting milestones, and synthesizing scattered feedback into clear next steps
- Proactive problem-solving: identifying issues before they're surfaced and proposing solutions
- Ability to influence through rationale, data, and diplomacy; stakeholders want to work with you because you serve the broader company
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience reporting on creative work outcomes using data
- Familiarity with brand or motion design workflows
- Background in B2B software or industrial marketing
