ShipBob is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst, Labor Planning to support and enhance labor and capacity planning functions across its growing global network of fulfillment centers. This role reports to the Supply Chain Operations, Labor Planning Manager and is critical to analyzing labor requirements, building planning tools, and ensuring operational efficiency across sites while optimizing labor allocation to meet merchant SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize for cost and SLA performance
- Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities
- Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
- Run analytical simulations and reconcile data across multiple systems to validate labor models
- Collaborate with operations stakeholders, process managers, and implementation teams to align labor plans with merchant needs
- Support peak season planning and strategic expansion initiatives
- Develop centralized reporting solutions for accurate data publication and informed planning
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and PowerBI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with labor planning models and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
