Salesforce seeks a Success Architect for Tableau to serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers in South Korea. This role combines deep Tableau and business intelligence expertise with strong communication skills to translate customer business needs into effective technical solutions and architecture recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic technical guidance and architectural recommendations for Tableau deployments to key accounts
- Analyze customer requirements and business objectives, translating them into clear, actionable technical recommendations and solution designs
- Conduct architecture reviews and optimization recommendations across data sources, dashboards, governance, and performance
- Support post-sales activities, resolving complex software issues and ensuring smooth product configuration and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Product) to deliver consistent customer experiences
- Build and present customized solutions and live product demonstrations showcasing Salesforce and Tableau capabilities
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years in Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or related field
- Strong ability to analyze and structure customer requirements into clear technical recommendations
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, enterprise BI, and web technologies
- Experience troubleshooting mission-critical software applications
- Fluent in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
Preferred qualifications include project management experience, Salesforce and/or Tableau certifications, proficiency in BI tools, and familiarity with Python/R, web development, and AI/statistical analysis.
