GlassesUSA.com, part of the Optimax Eyewear group, is a leading direct-to-consumer online eyewear retailer in the U.S. with the largest selection of styles and brands. The company is reshaping the eyewear industry through innovative technology and AI-driven solutions, controlling the full supply chain from product design and manufacturing to optical lens production and digital experience. The Subsidiaries Controller will own all accounting and financial management responsibilities for the company's subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include: • Managing the monthly close cycle and consolidation process for all subsidiaries • Owning complex revenue recognition cycles, including allocations to subsidiaries • Maintaining all subsidiary general ledgers with analytical process and reviews • Managing intercompany (IC) charges, transfer pricing (TP) calculations, and IC balances • Maintaining IC loan schedules and working papers • Managing ASC 842 lease schedules • Analyzing complex charges from major suppliers • Owning the company's consolidation file, including IC journal entries and allocations, ensuring accuracy within reporting period timetables (US GAAP) • Managing the full accruals cycle for the company and subsidiaries • Managing the annual Israeli tax reporting process • Collaborating with the Corporate Controller on report preparation • Working closely with external auditors • Providing professional guidance and assistance to bookkeeping staff • Communicating with other departments to ensure proper financial statement reflection • Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis Requirements: • CPA with Big 4 accounting firm experience in high-tech groups (minimum 3 years) — MUST HAVE • One year of experience in the high-tech sector — preferred • Strong knowledge of US and Israeli GAAP — MUST HAVE • Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency — MUST HAVE • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Excellent English (verbal and written) • Hard-working and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High level of attention to detail and maturity • Experience with Priority ERP system — preferred
